Slow Robots for Unobtrusive Posture Correction
A Monitor that Follows You
For this project, I was in charge of programming the face detection algorithm and the industrial robot arm to create a monitor that would adapt to your movements.
The main face tracking algorithm was programmed using Python and OpenCV. This algorithm grabs the video feed of a simple webcam to create a 3D position estimate of your head.
